Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lasse Krauß, Kranzer Straße 3b, 14199 Berlin, Email: support@hattrix.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., personalized products);

for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;

for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Return Conditions:
The goods must be returned in unused condition.
Refund:
The refund will be issued within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods using the original payment method.
